We deliver products in United Arab Emirates and the delivery shall be free for orders of total value exceeding 1000 AED.

 

SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS

Free home delivery in the UAE for orders of total value exceeding 1000 AED. For orders under 1000 AED cost of local delivery may vary from 30 to 50 AED depending from our couriers rates. The exact delivery costs will be indicated each time when placing a specific order.

DELIVERY TIMES

We use local  courier companies as our partners for deliveries and it may take around 1 to 3 working days for your order to get delivered. We ship parcels from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM.

SHOPPING RESTRICTIONS

Our shop operates and delivers orders only in United Arab Emirates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not available at this moment.

DELAYS

If there are delays in the delivery caused by the carrier or any other third party, please contact us by e-mail to: office@biolab.ae and we will assist you. If there is a substantial delay you may withdraw from the agreement concluded with us and ask for refund.
