RETURN POLICY

You are eligible for a return of purchased item within 7 calendar days after the delivery, Under condition that it is not used, sealed with our original sticker and in the same condition that you received it.

You are eligible for a return of purchased item within 7 calendar days after the delivery, Under condition that it is not used, sealed with our original sticker and in the same condition that you received it.

RETURN PROCEDURE

In order to return any product you should primarily send email to office@biolab.ae with following details:

1) Reason of the return.
2) Order information : Your name; Order date ; assigned number of order.
3) Proof of purchase : invoice copy.

After verifying your message we will contact you soon to confirm an eligibility of return and inform about next steps.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund will be rejected if you return restricted or unsealed products. 

Restricted products shell be understood, inter alia, as intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, sale items and some indicated health and personal care items. 
The unduly returned products we will be resent to buyer only if explicitly requested by customer and upon payment of delivery and  handling fee ( 100 AED ).The refund may include cost of delivery only if the reason of return lays on shop side.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within next 10 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Subsequently, please contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above mentioned steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by e-mail to: office@biolab.ae

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

If the package is damaged, do not accept it, make a damage report let the courier sign it and contact the courier company.
If inside is something damaged by transport, please immediately fill damage protocol form and send it to courier company.
